The Transformative Psychotherapy Center is actively seeking a dedicated and qualified Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our team as a Telehealth Specialist. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead remote therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for clients to explore their concerns.
  • Utilize telehealth platforms to conduct assessments, exams, and follow-up sessions, adapting to clients' evolving needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of clients, ensuring adherence to best practices in therapy.
  • Consistently maintain detailed and accurate client progress records to track therapeutic progress and inform treatment adjustments.
  • Provide immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing urgent psychological challenges via telehealth channels.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and other mental health professionals to create a holistic approach to care for clients.
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical practices and compliance with state and federal regulations in therapy.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Telehealth Specialist, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals, couples, and families navigating various challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety disorders, depression, grief, and more. Our clients span all ages, backgrounds, and demographics, allowing for rich therapeutic experiences and the opportunity to make a profound impact on their lives.

Qualifications
  • An earned Masterโ€™s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current and active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Texas.
  • Proven experience in providing therapy services through remote platforms, showcasing adaptability to technology.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to effectively build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Organizational skills coupled with excellent time management to maintain a manageable client load while achieving therapeutic goals.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience working with diverse populations and understanding cultural competencies in therapy.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record systems and telehealth software to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Background in family system dynamics and trauma-informed care approaches.
  • Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR) are an asset.
Compensation and Benefits
