Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop effective clinical reports.
  • Develop structured, goal-oriented treatment plans tailored to the individual needs of clients, incorporating evidence-based practices.
  • Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes utilizing our telehealth platform.
  • Regularly adjust therapeutic interventions based on the evolving needs of clients and their stated objectives in therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including case managers and healthcare providers, to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training in telehealth methodologies and clinical practices.
Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and substance use challenges. Our commitment is to provide culturally competent care that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each individual. You will also play a crucial role in promoting mental wellness and prevention strategies within the community, utilizing telehealth as a means of expanding outreach and support.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.
  • Possession of a valid and active LPCC license in California.
  • At least 2 years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting with a focus on telehealth.
  • Proficient in the use of telehealth platforms, electronic health records (EHR), and virtual communication tools.
  • Exemplary interpersonal and communication skills that foster client trust and engagement.
Preferred Experience
  • Consultation experience with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Motivational Interviewing.
  • Experience working with marginalized communities and issues specific to mental health disparities.
Compensation and Benefits

Successful Living, Ltd offers a competitive annual salary range of $110,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience.
