Job description

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with strong expertise in Great Plains (GP) ERP support and exposure to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce. The role involves providing functional and technical support, troubleshooting system issues, optimizing SQL-based reporting, and supporting system configurations, integrations, and upgrades. The candidate will work in a global delivery model, collaborating with cross-functional and onshore teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide functional and technical support for Great Plains ERP modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in coordination with onshore and offshore teams.
  • Assist in system upgrades, patches, and configuration changes.
  • Ensure adherence to client-specific processes, compliance standards, and documentation requirements.
  • Design, optimize, and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports.
  • Support financial modules and their integration points.
  • Handle a range of support tasks-from end-user issue resolution to workflow configuration and integration setup.
  • Assist in configuring reports, dashboards, and system workflows.

Essential Skills:
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Great Plains ERP support and maintenance.
  • Strong understanding of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.) and integration points.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce (preferred/working knowledge).
  • Strong SQL skills (queries, stored procedures, reporting).
  • Ability to work in a global delivery model and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
