Must-Have Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience developing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, including custom plugins, workflows, integrations, and extensions.
  • 3+ years of experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, along with Microsoft SQL Server.
  • Experience integrating enterprise applications using REST APIs and web services, with strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 environment configuration and customization.

Nice to Have Skills:

  • Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, or Azure certifications, and experience with cloud-hosted Microsoft environments, DevOps, and CI/CD.
  • Experience supporting grants management, financial systems, licensing, permitting, case management, or public-sector digital transformation initiatives.
