Job description

Job Title: Microsoft Dynamics Developer (Call Center Integration)

Location: Remote

Contract Duration: 1 yr+ (W2 Contract)

Summary:

Our client is looking for an experienced Microsoft Dynamics professional to support the interface between MS Dynamics and their call center platform. The role involves designing, building, and supporting integrations that connect call center operations with Dynamics, ensuring smooth data flow and agent experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and support interfaces between MS Dynamics and call center/telephony systems

- Configure and customize Dynamics to support call center workflows (case management, customer records, agent screens)

- Build and maintain integrations for real-time data exchange between Dynamics and contact center applications

- Troubleshoot interface/integration issues and support ongoing enhancements

- Work with business and call center teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics (CE/CRM)

- Experience integrating Dynamics with external systems, ideally call center/CTI/telephony platforms

- API and integration development experience (REST/SOAP, middleware, or Power Platform)

- Ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

Preferred:

- Experience with contact center platforms (e.g., Genesys, Five9, NICE, Avaya, or similar)

- Power Platform / Azure integration experience
