75% WORK FROM HOME. 25% in office

Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life.

Position Summary

The Scheduler will facilitate the flow of information between patients, referral sources, providers/prescribers and Aspire services for the purpose of scheduling patient appointments . The scheduler will handle a large volume of calls and be the first point of contact for individuals seeking service with Aspire.

Education/Experience/Requirements 

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required
  • Minimum one (1) year experience in healthcare required, medical office experience highly preferred
  • Previous insurance billing experience highly preferred
  • Electronic Health Record (EHR) experience preferred
  • Must have intermediate computer skills
  • Knowledge of basic medical terminology preferred
