Well Span Health Network is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is fully remote, providing flexibility while ensuring access to a diverse client base in the Aurora area. You will have all the necessary resources and technology to perform effectively from home. • Conduct thorough assessments of clients' needs through virtual consultations, identifying social, emotional, and psychological factors impacting their mental health and quality of life.
• Provide individualized and group counseling sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic methods to facilitate healing and personal growth.
• Develop personalized service plans in collaboration with clients that align with their goals, documenting progress and adjusting strategies as needed.
• Advocate for clients' rights and untangle barriers to access vital resources by collaborating with local agencies and organizations.
• Participate in program evaluation efforts, contributing insights for improving service delivery and reporting outcomes to stakeholders and funding entities.
• Engage in community outreach initiatives, aiming to educate the public on social issues and promote resources available within the network.
• Stay updated on best practices in social work and participate in continuing education opportunities to enhance professional skills and knowledge.

Your primary focus will be working with individuals and families grappling with a range of challenges, including mental health issues, substance abuse, trauma, and socio-economic barriers. You will be an advocate for marginalized populations, fostering a safe environment that promotes healing, resilience, and empowerment.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
• Current and active state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is essential.
• Understanding of trauma-informed care and social justice principles.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to empathize with clients from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency with remote counseling tools and software is preferred.

• Previous experience in a nonprofit or community health setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with case management and community resource navigation enhances effectiveness in this role.
• Knowledge of current social issues and mental health trends in the Aurora area will be beneficial.

The salary range for this position is between USD 75,000 and 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
