Phoenix Counseling Services is on the lookout for a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor who will provide critical support and therapy to individuals, couples, and families in a remote outpatient setting. This position is fully remote and part of a collaborative group practice environment. Our structure allows for flexible work hours while ensuring the therapist has access to comprehensive administrative support. • Provide consistent weekly supervision for practicum students, focusing on their clinical development as they work towards their licensure.
• Deliver psychotherapy services tailored to the individual needs of clients, facilitating healing and self-discovery across various modalities.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to provide holistic care that addresses the complexities of mental health.
• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans that reflect the clients’ goals and needs, ensuring that progress is monitored and adapted as necessary.
• Maintain detailed, accurate records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes to comply with licensing and ethical standards.
• Stay abreast of current research and advancements in therapy approaches to continually enhance the quality of care provided.

The primary focus of our practice includes a diverse array of clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and other mental health issues. Our ideal counselor will approach each client with empathy and cultural sensitivity, understanding the unique circumstances and backgrounds that influence their mental health journeys. Your role will be pivotal in identifying client strengths and leveraging them to facilitate positive outcomes.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker-R (LCSW-R).
• Professional liability insurance coverage is required.
• A minimum of two years of relevant post-graduate experience in a clinical setting is necessary.

• Experience in supervising and mentoring graduate-level students or interns in clinical settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and evidence-based practices is preferred.

• Competitive salary range of USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually based on full-time or part-time status, with uncapped earnings potential.
