As a Recruiting Advisor within PNC's Wealth Management organization, you will be based in Pennsylvania, Illinois, Ohio, Alabama or Georgia.
Responsible for proactively sourcing and attracting top talent for financial advisory roles, leveraging a mix of targeted outreach, networking, and cold calling to build strong candidate pipelines.
This role partners closely with business leaders to understand hiring needs, provide market insights, and consult on recruiting strategies that align with business goals.

  • Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, making offers, etc., for roles of significant complexity across multiple lines of business, business segments or disciplines.
  • Records, interprets and distributes standard recruiting data sets in all phases of the recruiting process. Identifies trends in the data, infers insights to relevant business partners and incorporates workforce data into recruiting strategies.
  • Serves as talent acquisition subject matter expert in a larger human resources and business eco system, leading cross-functional meetings/projects as assigned. Consults with business partners and candidates on the hiring process. Consults hiring managers and business executives on complex talent needs, gaps, and skills. Leads the TA/Business relationship for one or more businesses or business segments with a deep understanding of their business strategy, hiring forecast, and talent needs. Manages stakeholder relationships, partners on key decisions, demonstrates critical thinking and supports other recruiting team members.
  • Demonstrates technical savvy interacting with varying combinations of Talent Acquisition tools (ATS, CRM, etc.) that facilitate the sourcing and hiring process. Demonstrates a deep understanding of the available tools, and selects the appropriate combinations to create a recruiting strategy. May participate in projects to test existing technologies or identity new technologies, supports others use and adoption of recruiting technologies.
  • Researches and sources candidates for complex or niche roles through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Effectively builds and maintains candidate pipelines and market intelligence using CRM and related tools.
  • Presents and negotiates complex offers of employment to selected candidates. Deeply understands the organization's employee value proposition as a tool to influence offer acceptance. Demonstrates appropriate urgency, persistent and follow through with candidates and business partners.
