In this role, you will be the backbone of our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and organize office communications, including email, phone calls, and mail.
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary to ensure office efficiency.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed.
  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements:
