Overview of the job
As a Senior Account Manager, you will work within the Client Services team. This role is tasked with overseeing and executing brand campaigns in post sale by delivering best in class client service.

Measures of success - in the first few months, you will have:
  • Met the team: Spent 1:1 with your manager and other team members to build rapport and understand how your role fits into the overall structure of the pod.
  • Familiarized yourself with key processes + responsibilities: Particular reference to our campaign trackers (internal and external), cadence of conversation with clients, creator sourcing, negotiations, and contracting.
  • Learned our key systems: Reference to Slack, Google Workspace, Sprout Social, and Waves.
  • Established client rapport: Become the day-to-day point of contact, building rapport and trust with our key stakeholders.
  • Creator management: Jumped into any contract negotiations, concept and content review to help support the team. Draft contracts using our internal processes and platforms, work on creator briefs, deliver creator lists including outsource reach out negotiations and management of creators, share creator guidelines across campaigns.

Roles & responsibilities:
  • Oversee campaign execution for influencer marketing campaigns, navigating key clients and internal cross-functional teams (Impact Studio, Paid, Measurement, etc.)
  • Sit within a team of client service individuals who support each other on campaign execution
  • Take on client facing ownership and responsibilities alongside the Account Director and Group Account Director to help drive consistent client communication and success in post sale
  • Join, lead, and support on key client meetings
  • Support creators + client on-the-ground during brand trips with clients throughout the year which will require travel (ie London, Rome, San Diego, Seattle)
  • Managing & working collaboratively to support new business and upsell opportunities with the client
  • Support in achieving and exceeding monthly client and business KPI targets
  • Lead influencer contract negotiations and management
  • Support the Account Director in budget management, forecasting and tracking project cash flow, campaign spending, and cost of service. Lead development of Post Campaign Analysis reports & present to the client in partnership with Insights & Measurement team
  • Continuously focus on best in class client service and output of work for our partner

What you will need:
  • 5+ years working in an agency or brand within client services, influencer marketing and/or talent marketing
  • Experience leading junior team members, supporting day to day training and execution, as well as long-term growth
  • Alignment that you will be traveling as part of this role, being on-the-ground with clients as needed
  • Experience in account management, creator management, measurement, paid media and working within a revenue organization
  • Experience identifying and sourcing creator talent
  • Experience in creator and/or creator agency outreach
  • Experience negotiating contracts with creators, agents, managers and/or attorneys
  • Experience scoping and planning content calendar based on creator rates and client KPIs
  • Experience executing campaigns across many of the social platforms including TikTok, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), YouTube, Pinterest and Snap
  • Experience working on multiple campaign responsibilities and projects simultaneously
  • Experience in delivering post-campaign analysis presentation and reports
  • Experience in reviewing legal agreements with creators and brands with an understanding of usage and payment terms
  • Experience in revenue recognition systems and processes
  • You are commercially aware, detail-oriented, organized, confident, polished, dynamic and communicate exceptionally well
  • Very comfortable with spreadsheets, numbers and data analysis
  • You are extremely comfortable leading client calls, presentations and conversations
  • You are nimble, forward thinking, strategic and comfortable with ambiguity
  • You are positive, collaborative and exude leadership qualities
  • Experience and knowledge of CRM tools such as Hubspot and Salesforce is a plus
  • A general understanding for the travel competitive marketplace and working with travel/hospitality brands is a plus
  • Experience with designing decks is a plus
  • Love for travel space is a plus
