• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment and crisis intervention plans that address the specific needs of patients.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure cohesive and comprehensive care while contributing to the development of behavioral support strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based screening frameworks to evaluate client needs and assist in creating tailored treatment plans.
• Document patient interactions and treatment plans promptly and accurately in accordance with regulatory standards, maintaining adherence to confidentiality and ethical guidelines.
• Serve as a liaison among clients, community partners, and state agencies to facilitate access to essential services and resources.
• Engage actively in the licensing and accreditation processes to maintain excellence in service delivery and organizational standards.
• Foster open communication lines to ensure awareness and understanding of program objectives among all stakeholders.
• Develop and nurture relationships with local and state agencies to identify potential partnerships and funding sources that can enhance our programs.
• Pursue ongoing professional growth through attending workshops, seminars, and networking events, while also representing the organization in relevant professional settings.
• Promote the values, mission, and vision of Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center within the community and among peers.

The primary client population consists of individuals experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use disorders, and related issues. Our commitment to diversity ensures we support individuals from various backgrounds, tailoring our services to respect and reflect their unique experiences and needs.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution is required.
• A current, valid clinical license in social work as recognized by the State Licensing Board is a must, and candidates should maintain this license in good standing.
• At least two years of supervised clinical experience is essential to ensure that the candidate is equipped with sufficient practical skills in a clinical setting.

• Experience working in community health settings, particularly with underrepresented populations, is highly advantageous.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and evidence-based treatment modalities will facilitate seamless integration into our services.

The salary range for this position is between USD 80,000 and 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
