As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Retreat Behavioral Counseling Center, you will have a diverse range of responsibilities aimed at improving client outcomes:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans and crisis guidance, incorporating behavioral guidelines, risk assessments, and medication treatment plans as necessary.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary clinical team to implement evidence-based interventions and positive behavior support plans tailored to individual client needs.
