• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs and develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
• Create pre-crisis and crisis intervention plans, including behavioral guidelines, medication treatment strategies, and risk assessments.
• Document client interactions and treatment plans meticulously to comply with regulatory standards and maintain high-quality care.
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools to evaluate clients' needs and monitor progress efficiently.
• Work in concert with multidisciplinary teams to design and implement positive behavior support plans that empower clients.
• Serve as a crucial liaison between clients and various service systems, including state agencies and community organizations.
• Engage in licensing and accreditation processes actively, ensuring that all practices meet established standards.
• Foster collaborative relationships with local, state, and federal agencies to identify potential partnerships and funding opportunities.
• Commit to ongoing professional development through attendance at conferences, training sessions, and relevant meetings that enhance your expertise.

The patient population you will serve includes individuals facing a range of challenges, such as mental illness, substance use disorders, and emotional trauma. Special attention will be given to providing culturally competent care and adapting strategies to meet the unique needs of each client, ensuring a supportive environment where they can thrive.

• Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of supervised clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Active state license in good standing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Experience working with diverse populations, including marginalized communities and individuals with complex mental health needs.
• Familiarity with various evidence-based therapeutic modalities and screening tools.
• Proven ability to engage with multidisciplinary teams and collaborate across disciplines efficiently.

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
