Location: New Mexico
Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000–$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM

Job Description

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide virtual behavioral health care while looking at the broader factors affecting each client’s well-being. Along with psychotherapy, you will identify social, family, financial, and environmental concerns that may influence treatment and help connect clients with appropriate resources. This role combines direct clinical care with practical support that helps clients manage challenges both inside and outside therapy.

Responsibilities

  • Provide individual psychotherapy through secure telehealth sessions
  • Complete clinical and psychosocial assessments
  • Identify social, family, financial, or environmental factors affecting care
  • Develop individualized treatment goals with clients
  • Help clients strengthen coping and problem-solving skills
  • Connect clients with healthcare, community, or social service resources
  • Monitor safety concerns and follow established crisis procedures
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical records

Requirements

  • Active and unrestricted New Mexico LCSW license
  • Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from an accredited program
  • Previous experience providing clinical social work or psychotherapy services
  • Experience conducting psychosocial assessments
  • Knowledge of treatment planning and care coordination
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a remote clinical caseload independently
  • Comfortable using telehealth platforms and electronic health records
