Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

Job Summary

We are looking for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide telehealth therapy services to clients across Kentucky. You will meet with clients virtually, assess their concerns, and provide ongoing clinical support. This role focuses on helping clients work through mental health, emotional, and life-related challenges in a professional remote setting.

Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Provide remote counseling and therapy services to adult clients
  • Complete clinical intakes and ongoing assessments
  • Identify client needs and create practical treatment goals
  • Help clients manage symptoms related to anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, and other concerns
  • Maintain accurate records for each session and update treatment plans as needed
  • Use secure technology to deliver care in a confidential setting
  • Apply appropriate clinical interventions based on client needs and progress
  • Stay current with professional, ethical, and state licensing requirements

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
  • Active Kentucky LCSW license in good standing
