About the Role:
  • Our client, a growth-stage innovator in smart leak detection technology, is seeking a Regional Manager to lead field-based expansion efforts across a defined territory in Florida.
  • This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with deep familiarity in the plumbing or HVAC space and a passion for hands-on, territory-based business development.
  • This is a field-facing opportunity, focused on building relationships with contractors, supply houses, and industry influencers—bringing a high-ROI, category-defining product to market.
  • You will operate autonomously within your assigned region and receive full support from internal sales and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive adoption of smart leak detection products through face-to-face engagement and partner enablement
  • Identify, onboard, and support plumbing and HVAC contractors
  • Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and site visits
  • Collaborate with inside teams to ensure seamless execution and partner satisfaction
  • Monitor post-signup engagement and provide ongoing field support
Target Profile:

Compensation & Benefits:
Base Salary: $90,000–$120,000 (DOE)
