What are Remote Smart Hands?

These professionals perform physical tasks such as rebooting servers, checking cables, installing hardware, or troubleshooting issues, all while being guided by remote IT teams. This service allows organizations to maintain and manage their IT infrastructure without needing their own staff physically present at the location, which is especially useful for businesses with equipment in multiple or distant data centers.
