We conduct surveys covering 130+ markets on six continents. Our survey participants represent 13,000+ unique organizations— local and multinational companies across all major industry sectors—that provide pay, benefit and other data on more than 38 million incumbents worldwide.

Our rigorous data processes and the depth of our databases enable us to deliver high-quality, robust data and consistent reporting practices. Qualifications Training will be provided. Hours will be 8:30AM to 5:30PM, Monday through Friday.

The Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in human resources, mathematics, statistics, finance, or another quantitative field, with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Strong interest in consulting, corporate HR, and/or compensation-related work. Strong skills in mathematics, data analysis, or Proxy work is a plus.

Detail-oriented with strong PC expertise, particularly in database management. Commitment to the full cycle of the assignment late May – mid August, opportunity to extend for select individuals. Passion for problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels. Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.
