POSITION SUMMARY: The Senior IT Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise technology projects and strategic initiatives across Bridgeview Eye Partners, with a strong focus on project intake, governance, prioritization, execution, and organizational alignment. This role partners closely with executive leadership, operational stakeholders, clinical teams, and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of technology initiatives that support Bridgeview's growth strategy, operational excellence, patient care, and acquisition integration activities.
This position will establish and maintain scalable project management standards, governance frameworks, intake processes, and executive reporting across the organization while leading complex cross functional initiatives including healthcare technology implementations, M&A integrations, AI enabled initiatives, infrastructure modernization, cybersecurity programs, and operational transformation efforts.
The Senior IT Project Manager will serve as a key operational partner to the Chief Information Officer and help drive organizational maturity around project execution, accountability, communication, and value realization. The role requires a strong understanding of healthcare operations, post-acquisition integration, enterprise applications, vendor coordination, and change management within a fast-growing multi-site healthcare organization.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
  • Lead enterprise technology projects and strategic initiatives from intake and prioritization through execution, stabilization, and operational transition
  • Establish and manage Bridgeview's IT project intake, governance, prioritization, and portfolio management processes
  • Partner with executive leadership, operational leaders, physicians, and clinical stakeholders to define project objectives, scope, timelines, dependencies, risks, and success metrics
  • Develop and maintain project governance standards, reporting cadences, steering committee materials, status dashboards, and executive communications
  • Drive accountability across cross functional project teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to business objectives
  • Manage complex enterprise initiatives including healthcare application implementations, infrastructure projects, cybersecurity initiatives, operational transformation programs, and AI related projects
  • Lead and coordinate technology workstreams associated with acquisitions, integrations, TSA exits, data migrations, and operational consolidations
  • Support enterprise AI initiatives by coordinating pilots, implementation activities, operational readiness, vendor engagement, governance, and adoption planning
  • Facilitate prioritization discussions and intake reviews to ensure alignment between organizational priorities, resource availability, and project capacity
  • Identify project risks, dependencies, and operational impacts while developing mitigation and escalation strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, operational stakeholders, vendors, and external partners to ensure transparency and alignment
  • Coordinate project resource planning activities across internal teams, external consultants, and implementation partners
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, RAID logs, budgets, meeting cadences, and documentation standards
  • Drive continuous improvement of project delivery methodologies, tools, templates, and operational processes across the organization
  • Support organizational change management activities including communication planning, stakeholder engagement, training coordination, and adoption strategies
  • Monitor and report on portfolio health, resource utilization, budget performance, project KPIs, and value realization metrics
  • Participate in IT strategic planning, budgeting, governance, and operational leadership activities

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Healthcare Administration, Computer Science, or related field required
  • PMP certification strongly preferred
  • Agile, Scrum, Lean, Prosci, or related certifications preferred
  • 8+ years of project or program management experience leading complex enterprise technology initiatives
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare environments required, preferably within multi-site ambulatory healthcare organizations
  • Strong experience with project governance, intake management, portfolio management, executive reporting, and operational prioritization required
  • Strong experience leading M&A integrations, system consolidations, and post-acquisition technology integration activities required
  • Strong experience working with healthcare systems, EMRs, revenue cycle systems, patient access platforms, contact center technologies, and/or analytics environments
  • Strong understanding of organizational change management and stakeholder engagement practices preferred
  • Experience leading healthcare interoperability and referral integration projects between hospitals, ambulatory clinics, and EMR platforms
  • Experience leading AI related projects, automation initiatives, analytics programs, or emerging technology implementations strongly preferred
  • Experience managing enterprise application implementations, infrastructure initiatives, cybersecurity projects, and vendor driven programs required
  • Experience operating within private equity backed organizations and supporting fast paced growth, acquisitions, and operational transformation initiatives preferred
