Responsible for creating a structured planning, training, and organizational development process to enhance planning capabilities and improve factory performance across the HDE business.
Inventory Strategy
Create an end-to-end inventory management strategy for raw material, WIP, and finished goods, along with a network optimization process that leverages customer demand data and industry-standard PFEP methodologies to improve service, inventory performance, and cash flow.

  • Multi-site supplied components
  • Long lead-time international supply chains
  • Historically underperforming suppliers
  • Capacity-constrained suppliers

Operations Master Data Management Standards
Collaborate with sourcing, operations, finance, and IT teams to establish and maintain SAP master data governance standards, ensuring planning-critical data remains accurate and supports planning and optimization efforts.
Short-Term Supply & Demand Synchronization
Develop systems and processes across HDE sites to ensure alignment between customer demand, supplier capacity, and production schedules while improving forecast accuracy and supplier collaboration.
