Do you have a growth mindset and a passion for taking on challenges? If you're looking for an opportunity to work directly with experienced real estate investors, manage a portfolio of short-term rentals, and gain valuable hands-on experience, then we want you on our team!
We are a rapidly growing real estate investment and property management company that owns and operates short-term rentals for ourselves and other property owners. We're seeking a motivated apprentice who is eager to learn, ready to take on responsibilities, and thrives in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
This role is perfect for someone excited to grow and develop their career in real estate, learn the operations of short-term rental management, learn how to boost occupancy through marketing and social media, manage vendors, create raving reviews from guests, and maximize profitability.
This is a mostly work-from-home position; however, there will be some travel needed 1-2 times per month locally, where properties are located (North Carolina, Georgia, South Carolina)

Compensation:
We offer a competitive compensation package that is flexible based on experience and qualifications. Pay will be commensurate with skills, expertise, and industry standards.
