\tProvide Market Insights \tMonitor talent trends, competitor activity, and market conditions while sharing valuable recruiting insights with leadership.  Qualifications & Total RewardsEducation & Experience: Bachelor\'s degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field and 3+ years of recruiting or agricultural sales experience preferred; alternatively, 7+ years of relevant experience.
