Remote Sales Interns often encounter challenges such as staying motivated without in-person supervision, effectively communicating with team members across various platforms, and building relationships with clients virtually. Regular check-ins with mentors and participating in virtual team meetings can also help interns stay connected and engaged with the broader sales team.
