This is an excellent opportunity for someone with early-career retail, wholesale, buying, merchandising, or sales support experience who is looking to gain broad exposure and grow within a global consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support day-to-day operations for major national wholesale and retail accounts.
  • Serve as a liaison between buyers, Sales representatives, and cross-functional teams.
  • Manage order files and track orders and shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Identify and communicate order delays, pricing discrepancies, and required extensions.
  • Load and maintain styles, product information, pricing, and order details within retailer and internal systems.
  • Support digital merchandising and new-item setup to ensure products are accurately launched online.
  • Coordinate product samples for buyers, accounts, Sales representatives, and trade shows.
  • Utilize ATS, sales, and inventory reports to monitor product and account performance.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Merchandising, and Operations to resolve issues and keep deliverables on track.
  • Own assigned processes from beginning to end while managing multiple priorities.

Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in retail, wholesale, sales support, account coordination, buying, merchandising, customer service, or a related function.
  • Retail experience, including exposure to an in-store, corporate retail, wholesale, or consumer brand environment.
  • Experience supporting orders, customers, buyers, accounts, or Sales teams.

  • Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proactive, reliable, and consistent with follow-up.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take ownership of responsibilities and see processes through from beginning to end.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Flexibility to work additional hours when business needs require it.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within footwear, apparel, fashion, accessories, or consumer goods.
  • Experience supporting wholesale, department store, or national retail accounts.
  • Familiarity with purchase orders, order management, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory.
  • Experience with digital merchandising, e-commerce product setup, or new-item setup.
  • Exposure to ATS, sell-through, sales, or inventory reporting.
  • Experience communicating with buyers and coordinating product samples.
  • Experience supporting retailers such as Nordstrom, Macy's, Dillard's, or similar national accounts.
