We are actively hiring for a Financial Consultant, Personal Lines Insurance FP&A - Remote!

Your Role:

Serves as a strategic FP&A partner to the Personal Lines organization, leading complex financial and operational analyses, driving resolution on critical issues, and delivering insights that inform business decisions. Collaborates across functions and with senior leadership to align on priorities, address emerging trends, and strengthen the connection between finance and the business.

Your Work:

  • Serve as a strategic FP&A partner to the Personal Lines organization, supporting planning, forecasting, reporting, departmental budgeting, project finance, and ad hoc financial analysis.

  • Develop financial models, what-if scenarios, and decision-support analytics to help Personal Lines leadership evaluate business tradeoffs, planning assumptions, investment priorities, and financial outcomes.

  • Partner cross-functionally with Personal Lines, Finance, and project teams to translate business drivers, operational trends, and strategic initiatives into clear financial insights and recommendations.

  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve FP&A processes, reporting efficiency, forecasting accuracy, and analytical capabilities, including appropriate use of AI and automation tools.

  • Partners with senior level executives to initiate solutions or new approaches to address opportunity trends or significant issues involving financial analysis and planning.

Required Experience, Education and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in related area (Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, etc.) or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 8+ years of related professional experience including 5+ years of experience supporting FP&A / Treasury functions required.

  • Advanced analytical skills to effectively identify problems and develop solutions.

  • Strong understanding of Income Statement and Balance Sheet components and their interrelationship. Experience in Balance Sheet reporting and cash forecasting.

  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders at all levels, drive consensus, and facilitate effective decision-making.

  • Experience with data extraction and uploading in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) systems.

  • Skills to accurately complete detailed data assignments, understand and interpret broad operational / product / financial concepts and their application to CSAA IG.

  • Experience with operational / product / financial measures and models, business planning, cost/benefit analysis, project management and senior level analysis.

  • Ability to lead peers and provide training and guidance to others.

  • Experience with capital management in the insurance industry is preferred.

  • Oracle experience preferred but not required.

The national average salary range for this position is $129,825.00-$144,250.00. However, we have a location-based compensation structure. Our salary ranges vary and are calculated based on work location. The starting pay range for this position across all the states we hire in is $129,825.00-$173,150.00. This role also includes an opportunity for a company-wide annual discretionary bonus, through our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP), of up to 12% of eligible pay.This job posting will be unposted on Sat, 6 Jun 2026.
