Sales & Market Intelligence Analyst 

Shape the Future of Automotive Mobility

Gestamp is a global leader in the design and manufacture of highly engineered automotive components. We are seeking a Sales & Market Intelligence Analyst to drive data-backed growth. You will translate complex automotive market trends into actionable business strategies. You will collaborate directly with executive leaders and global manufacturing plants.

Impactful Responsibilities
Drive Market Intelligence: Track, analyze, and report on OEM financials, competitor activities, inventory trends, and economic KPIs.
Own Regional Forecasting: Manage high-visibility OEM production forecasting and monthly volume reporting for the North American region. 
Bridge Strategy & Operations: Partner with manufacturing plants to build future vehicle business plans, tracking investments and sales content. 
Advise Executive Leaders: Create long-term commercial agreements and deliver data-driven briefings directly to senior management. 
Maintain Financial Integrity: Ensure plant budgets align perfectly with regional HQ commercial agreements and pricing structures.

Qualifications & Experience
Experience: 1-3 years of analytical experience in a corporate or automotive environment. 
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. 
Technical Mastery: Advanced Excel skills with data manipulation experience. 
Data Savvy: Experience with sales forecasting, financial bridging, and querying databases. 
Industry Edge: Familiarity with the automotive quotation process is a major plus. Language 

Bonus: Spanish language proficiency is highly valued but not required.
