This role is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to manage your caseload from the comfort of your own home, while still providing critical support to your clients. Your work will be carried out through a user-friendly telehealth platform that is HIPAA-compliant, ensuring patient confidentiality and security. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate patients' mental, emotional, and behavioral health.
• Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on ongoing assessments and changes in patient status.
• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, ensuring that treatment approaches are tailored to meet each patient's unique needs.
• Facilitate referrals to appropriate community resources, treatment programs, or support groups to enhance patient well-being.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including healthcare providers and community agencies, to establish a comprehensive discharge plan that upholds continuity of care.
• Adhere to all regulatory standards, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and organizational policies as guided by the Mental Health Practice Act.
• Organize and prioritize daily workloads by evaluating the needs of new, current, and transitioning patients to ensure effective service delivery.
• Provide crisis intervention and supportive counseling, including bereavement services, and actively participate in social work consultations as required.
• Engage in proactive discussions with patients and families, acting as an advocate to champion their healthcare needs and improve communication across care teams.
• Recognize and address risk factors related to patient care, enabling timely and effective solutions for those at risk of extended stays or readmissions.

Your work will focus on clients from diverse backgrounds facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. The remote nature of our services ensures that we reach individuals who might otherwise face barriers to accessing mental health support. You will play an essential role in guiding them on their journey toward recovery by providing compassionate therapy in an accessible format.

• A Master's Degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Psychologist.
• Familiarity with community mental health resources and support services.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, necessary for effective client interaction and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients, fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship.

• Experience working in telehealth or virtual counseling settings.
• Prior experience with diverse patient populations and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities.

• Annual salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
