• Conduct engaging individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to clients experiencing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues.
• Utilize diagnostic assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and formulate personalized treatment plans enriched with measurable objectives.
• Maintain meticulous electronic health records reflective of each client’s therapeutic progress and treatment strategies, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with health regulations.
• Work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams, contributing insights and expertise to create comprehensive care strategies for clients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and risk assessments as needed, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and responsiveness during emergencies.
• Participate in ongoing clinical supervision and professional development activities to remain informed on the latest counseling techniques and maintain licensure.

• Prior experience in a remote work capacity or telehealth environment.

• Exposure to interdisciplinary collaboration within a healthcare setting.

The compensation for this role ranges between USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
