Its state-of-the-art Innovation & Culinary Center transforms trends and culinary inspiration into legendary products through an award-winning commercialization process. The company also manufactures and markets Mrs. Richardson's dessert sauces and Nance's mustards/condiments in addition to producing finished goods for the private label sector. BRF maintains its headquarters and a manufacturing facility in Macedon, New York; with a Culinary Innovation Center in Westmont, Illinois; and offices and manufacturing facilities in Williamson, New York; Pennsauken, New Jersey; and Corona, California. This role reports into our Macedon, New York manufacturing plant - Hybrid.

WHAT WE NEED

This role provides exposure to high-impact initiatives and offers opportunities for professional growth, making it suitable for both emerging and experienced project professionals. Building on BRF’s existing digital and operational project practices, this role introduces consistent enterprise standards for delivery, documentation, and performance tracking. The Enterprise Project Manager works across multiple functions in the enterprise ensuring projects are executed effectively, risks are visible, and leadership has accurate, timely insights into project health and outcomes.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead or support end-to-end execution of enterprise and digital transformation projects using established BRF methodologies.
  • Oversee project schedules, budgets, milestones, escalations, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
  • Drive adoption of BRF project standards, ensuring consistent reporting, documentation, and review cadence.
  • Partners with initiative sponsors and functional leads to ensure clear objectives, scope, and accountability for results.
  • Maintain portfolio visibility through standardized dashboards, risk tracking, and data stewardship.
  • Support governance forums (e.g., Steering Committees, Transformation Office) with clear summaries of project health, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows, automate tracking, and improve transparency.
  • Contribute to training and support of project teams in BRF’s project management tools and hybrid delivery practices.
  • Collaborate across business functions to translate strategic direction into executable plans and ensure alignment on dependencies.
  • Serve as a connector between functional leads, technical teams, and senior leadership to ensure project execution supports enterprise priorities.
  • The scope of responsibilities may be scaled based on experience and capability, with opportunities for broader ownership as project maturity increases.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
  • A minimum of four (4) years of project management, business analysis, or related professional experience.
  • Candidates completing advanced education or internships with relevant exposure will also be considered.
  • Experience implementing and administrating complex programs and portfolios.
  • Experience successfully managing project schedules, budgets, milestones, escalations, and deliverables across multiple stakeholders.
