WHAT WE NEED
At BRF, we are experiencing a period of rapid growth as a result of successful relationships with existing customers and a rapid influx of new customers. To support sustainable, long-term expansion, BRF has established a Product Commercialization department. This team is responsible for leading large-scale commercialization initiatives with significant cross-functional interdependencies. The Product Commercialization team ensures smooth, efficient product launches by driving disciplined project timelines, fostering strong cross-functional collaboration, and upholding clear, consistent processes. We proactively solve problems, continuously improve, and minimize risk, enhancing quality and deliver products that create value for both our customers and our organization. Through structured problem-solving and early identification of interdependencies, the Enterprise Project Management Office positions BRF to execute quickly without sacrificing long-term efficiency or effectiveness.
BRF is seeking an experienced Project Manager within the Product Commercialization group to coordinate cross-enterprise resources and deliver complex, medium impact commercialization projects from ideation through seamless transition to manufacturing. This role will also provide thought leadership and portfolio-level reporting to the Executive Leadership Team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Provide strategic leadership and influence by ensuring a collaborative, team-based approach to advancing projects through the phase/gate process. Deliver projects that meet business intent, timeline, and cost commitments while aligning with long-term business strategy.
  • Adapt quickly to changes, evolving timelines, and challenges by staying flexible, solution-oriented, and focused on what drives the project forward.
  • Manage project portfolios of low to moderate complexity for new product commercialization. Ensure the appropriate stakeholders are engaged and that impacts on manufacturing operations are identified, understood, and effectively mitigated.
  • Identify, coordinate, and secure cross-functional resources outside the Product Commercialization team to enable successful execution through full-scale production and implementation. Maintain visibility to manufacturing, supply chain, procurement, and packaging initiatives across the enterprise, providing guidance where interdependencies with new product commercialization exist.
  • Collaborate with Product Commercialization team to identify enhancements in processes, automation opportunities and support training of best practices.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering Related Field. Education may be superseded by related company experience.
  • A minimum of three (3) years' experience leading teams, planning and executing commercialization and/or capital projects in a manufacturing setting.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience directly leading or collaborating with multiple functions including commercial teams, R&D, Manufacturing, Engineering, and EHS/Quality
  • Experience implementing and administrating programs preferred.
  • Some experience with regulatory authorities (OSHA, EPA, USDA).
  • Manufacturing experience.
