Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health conditions, understanding their needs and goals in detail.
• Provide evidence-based individual and group therapy to clients of all ages, addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress.
• Craft personalized treatment plans, outlining specific, measurable goals and interventions tailored to each client's unique background and preferences.
• Administer crisis intervention strategies to provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute challenges.
• Educate clients on mental health conditions, coping strategies, and available resources, facilitating informed choices about their care.
• Maintain detailed and confidential client records, including assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Uphold ethical guidelines and legal requirements while ensuring client confidentiality and informed consent in all interactions.
• Demonstrate cultural sensitivity and competence when working with a diverse client population.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to deliver comprehensive care and support.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses individuals from various backgrounds and cultures, presenting a wide range of mental health concerns. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Mind Experts Counseling Center, you will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families, each encountering different challenges such as trauma, grief, relationship issues, and emotional distress. Your capacity to tailor therapeutic strategies to meet the diverse needs of our clients will directly influence their growth and recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
• Proven clinical experience in providing therapeutic services.

• Empathetic nature with the ability to build and maintain trust with clients.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working within community health systems or clinics.

Compensation and Benefits

Mind Experts Counseling Center offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
