Position Overview

Mind Experts Counseling Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. Work Environment

This position offers the flexibility of a remote setting, allowing you to deliver services from the comfort of your own home while maintaining connectivity with our dynamic team. Despite the remote nature of the work, you will be actively engaged with our outpatient office initiatives, collaborating closely through regular virtual meetings, continuing education, and team-building activities. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments and mental health evaluations to determine clients' treatment needs.
• Implement personalized treatment plans based on best practices and client goals, regularly revising approaches to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
• Provide evidence-based counseling tailored to individual client challenges, ensuring a safe space for clients to explore their feelings and experiences.
• Maintain detailed documentation of client sessions, treatment plans, and progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Stay current with advancements in therapy and counseling methodologies to ensure the delivery of the highest standard of care.
• Facilitate referrals to other mental health specialists or resources when necessary, ensuring clients receive comprehensive support.
• Engage in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to refine counseling skills and therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field, along with all state-mandated licenses required for professional practice.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and encourage clients to express themselves openly.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in an outpatient setting, is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 90,000 annually, with additional incentives including a sign-on bonus.
