Summary:
As a Revenue Cycle Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in revolutionizing and optimizing Amplify RCM's revenue cycle. Your responsibilities will include identifying, planning, leading, and implementing cutting-edge solutions to enhance operational efficiency and maximize revenue. Collaborating with diverse departments within the Amplify revenue cycle, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and ensuring the organization remains at the forefront of revenue cycle management. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on operational processes.
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage Amplify revenue cycle projects to enhance revenue and drive cost reductions. Oversight may include vendor selection, assessment, contracting, design, and implementation.
  • Lead revenue cycle departments in the analytical components of workflow redesign. Identify, create and implement improvement solutions for revenue cycle departments.
  • Lead documentation of operational processes to support best practices and future automation design.
  • Lead revenue cycle activities including, but not limited to, technology planning, staffing assessments, operational improvement strategies and workflow optimization.
  • Analyze and identify trends in revenue cycle operations; use data to develop recommendations and implement process redesign solutions.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
  • Proven revenue cycle operations experience.
  • Knowledge of revenue cycle processes and systems such as EHR's and patient financial systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with logical and confident verbal and written communication.
  • Understanding of both financial and operational controls.
  • Ability to tactfully drive sense of urgency with internal and external clients when project risks arise

Work Experience, Education and Certifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree business management, finance, or related field required
  • Five (5) + years of revenue cycle experience preferred
  • Revenue cycle experience: client-facing and analytics experience preferred

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:
  • Remote role.

  • 10%
