• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' psychological and emotional needs, utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that address specific concerns related to trauma, anxiety, and depression.
• Utilize therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) in individual and group settings.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records of client interactions and treatment progress through our integrated electronic health record system.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity of care and share insights regarding client progress and challenges.
• Engage in ongoing professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic techniques in social work.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, with a focus on clinical practice.
• Active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of Pennsylvania.
