• Conduct thorough assessments of client needs and develop personalized treatment plans based on findings.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioral therapy and solution-focused therapy, to engage clients meaningfully.
• Document and maintain precise, confidential client records that adhere to HIPAA regulations.

The patients you will serve are diverse, ranging from children and adolescents in school settings requiring support for trauma-related issues to adults navigating anxiety and depression in their daily lives. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work from an accredited university.
• A valid and active LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in the state of Texas.

While a minimum of two years of relevant social work experience is required, candidates with additional experience in trauma-informed care or specialization in mental health treatment will be highly valued.
