• Conduct individual therapy sessions using a video chat platform to support clients in achieving improved mental health outcomes.
• Facilitate discussions around emotions and experiences, empowering clients to gain insight into their behavior and relationships.
• Act as an advocate for clients by assisting them in defining clear, achievable personal goals.
• Evaluate each client's mental health condition and develop targeted treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices and your clinical expertise.
• Engage in continuous professional development through training and collaboration within our supportive team environment.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Vitality Recovery, you will work exclusively with carefully screened clients who are stable adults. They present with low acuity mental health concerns, ensuring that you can focus on providing quality support. We prioritize matching you with clients that align with your specialties and demographic preferences, creating an ideal therapeutic rapport and atmosphere for healing.

• Must possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
• Active and fully licensure in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT. Note that we do not accept limited or provisional licenses.
• Strong interpersonal skills, a sympathetic nature, and the ability to connect with clients and foster their trust.
• Proficient in using technology, including telehealth platforms and electronic records management systems.

• Minimum two years of post-graduate experience in mental health counseling is preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations or specific demographics relevant to our client base.
• Familiarity with solution-focused therapy and other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
