Job description

Hiring: Bordereaux (BDX) Analyst / Insurance Data Analyst
Location: Remote (EST or CST Candidates Only)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
We are seeking an experienced Bordereaux (BDX) Analyst with strong insurance domain expertise to support premium reporting, data validation, reconciliation, and analytics activities.
Required Skills & Responsibilities:
  • 5+ years of experience in insurance bordereaux (BDX) reporting, premium reporting, or insurance data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of MGA, Program, P&C, or Specialty Insurance operations.
  • Advanced SQL experience for data extraction, analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
  • Analyze written premium, earned premium, paid premium, claims, and policy data.
  • Identify and resolve data discrepancies, quality issues, and reporting inconsistencies.
  • Strong Excel skills including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data validation.
  • Experience with carrier reporting, bordereaux submissions, and premium reconciliation.
  • Knowledge of BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau is a plus.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
