Job description

  • We are looking for a QuickBooks Certified Specialist to join our team on a part-time/freelance, month-to-month basis.
    Responsibilities:
    -Reconcile bank and credit card accounts monthly.
    -Accurately categorize transactions
    -Prepare and deliver monthly financial reports
    -Handle categorization
    -Pull monthly reports for accounting office
    -Monitor account balances and report unusual transactions or discrepancies
    -Maintain confidentiality of all financial and company information
    Qualifications:
    -QuickBooks Certification preferred
    -Proven bookkeeping and account reconciliation experience
    -Strong attention to detail and accuracy
    -Ability to meet monthly deadlines
    -Excellent communication and organizational skills
    -Minimum of 1-2 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience
    -Experience working with small businesses is preferred but not required
    -Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
    -Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office
    This is an ongoing month-to-month opportunity with flexible hours for the right candidate.
