TauRx is a global leader in Alzheimer's research, dedicated to discovering, developing, and commercialising innovative products for the diagnosis, treatment, and cure of neurodegenerative disorders. Our mission is to combat one of the world's greatest healthcare challenges through a novel approach targeting the tau pathway in the brain. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Purchasing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial for ensuring our research and operational teams have the materials and services they need to advance our pioneering work. The ideal candidate will be a meticulous and efficient professional, capable of managing procurement processes effectively in a remote working environment.
Responsibilities
As a Purchasing Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process. Your key duties will include:
  • Creating, processing, and tracking purchase orders to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Liaising with suppliers to obtain product information, quotes, and delivery schedules.
  • Negotiating prices and terms with vendors to secure the best value for the organisation.
