PositionOverview

The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving new business development and expanding strategic accounts within the security and remote monitoring space. Leveraging a consultative, solutions-based approach, the role focuses on identifying customer pain points, building executive-level relationships, and delivering technology-driven security solutions. The position partners closely with sales, marketing, and technical teams to develop pipeline, advance opportunities, and support market expansion, and is expected to make significant contributions to the Company's strategic business and sales plan while meeting financial targets for designated accounts and markets.


This position is based in California and offers the flexibility of remote work (i.e., work-from-home); however, travel is required to fulfil the requirements of the position. The position reports directly to the Company's Executive Vice President, Sales, Netwatch North America.

  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts by positioning technology-enabled security and monitoring solutions
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline; maintain accurate activity tracking, forecasting, and reporting in Salesforce
  • Create and execute strategic account plans aligned to Netwatch's operational and the customer's needs and the competitive landscape
  • Partner with internal teams to support solution design, presentations, and go-to-market initiatives.
