TNCR Property Management is hiring a reliable, detail-oriented Field & Showing Agent to support our growing residential rental portfolio in the Indio and Coachella Valley area. This is a task-based, field-first contract role — ideal for someone who works well independently, stays organized on the go, and takes pride in delivering a professional experience at every property.
COMPENSATION$30 per completed showing session | $50 per completed inspection
Mileage reimbursement may apply based on assignment scope and management approval.
Payment requires task completion + same-day documentation + full SOP compliance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAll agents must complete 100% of accepted tasks as scheduled, submit all documentation same day, maintain professional appearance (TNCR uniform or badge required), and comply with California Fair Housing and landlord-tenant laws. Non-compliance may result in non-payment or removal from the assignment pool.
