Job description

Overview

The Project Manager - Payment owns delivery of defined project(s) from initiation through close. Ensures plans are realistic, stakeholders are aligned, execution stays on track, and risks/issues are actively managed.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, RAID logs, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate team meetings, decisions, issue resolution, and stakeholder follow-up.
  • Coordinate scope, schedule, resources, communications, and delivery readiness.
  • Escalate risks and tradeoffs in a timely manner.
  • Ensure project artifacts, governance requirements, and documentation are complete.
  • Owns one project's scope, timeline, and execution discipline.
  • Utilize AI responsibly, to amplify productivity to draft status reports, maintain RAID logs, generate meeting notes and action items, build project plans, and prepare stakeholder communications.
  • Share best practices with project managers, product owners, business analysts as appropriate.
  • Proactively manage risks and issues, and escalate in a timely manner.

Base compensation ranges from $100,000 to $135,000 per year. Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.
