Essential Care Psychotherapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team in a full-time remote capacity. This position allows you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact in the lives of individuals, couples, and families seeking mental health support. As a critical member of our team, you will deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through telehealth sessions, helping clients navigate their personal journeys towards self-awareness and healing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct weekly therapy sessions via video conference for individual adult clients, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic practices tailored to their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and fellow counselors to enhance the quality of care through comprehensive treatment planning and shared expertise.
  • Utilize automated self-assessment tools to track symptoms, functional improvements, and patient goals, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as indicated by client progress.
  • Engage in regular consultation with team members for support, case discussion, and shared learning opportunities.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Your work will primarily focus on adults, including those facing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma-related issues. Our goal is to empower clients to reach their full potential through guided self-reflection and targeted therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.
  • Active state licensure as a LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or PsyD is essential.
  • A strong drive to embrace and learn evidenced-based treatment frameworks that we have designated as our care pathways.
  • Advanced proficiency in utilizing computerized platforms and navigating technology, including Google Suite and EHR systems, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ensuring professionalism and clarity in all interactions.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and provide a secure environment conducive for patient discussion.
Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
