Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading large-scale, complex IT service delivery and infrastructure projects while ensuring successful execution of project scope, budget, timelines, and customer expectations. This individual will serve as a senior leader within the PMO, acting as a mentor to junior project managers and coordinating cross-functional teams, third-party vendors, and depot operations to ensure successful project delivery.

ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
  • Lead and manage high-profile, complex service delivery and technology deployment projects from initiation through completion.
  • Develop and maintain project artifacts including project charters, budgets, schedules, resource plans, risk registers, communication plans, and status reports.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, stakeholders, vendors, and internal leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Manage project scope, budget, timelines, and deliverables while proactively identifying and mitigating project risks and issues.
  • Coordinate internal resources, engineering teams, depot operations personnel, and third-party service providers to meet project objectives.
  • Oversee projects involving asset deployment, logistics, staging, imaging, warehouse operations, device lifecycle management, and depot services.
  • Collaborate with depot teams to ensure equipment readiness, inventory tracking, shipping logistics, hardware refresh initiatives, and large-scale rollout activities are completed successfully.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and mentorship to junior project managers and project coordinators, fostering professional growth and project management best practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the PMO, including process standardization, documentation, governance, and reporting enhancements.
  • Support sales opportunities and pre-sales engagements by providing project management expertise, project planning, resource estimates, and implementation strategies.
  • Partner with Product Management, Business Development, Sales, Engineering, and Operations teams to develop and deliver complex technology solutions.
  • Manage both CAPEX and OPEX project budgets while ensuring financial accountability and project profitability.
  • Lead project governance meetings, executive reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

  • 10-12+ years of progressively responsible Project Management experience leading complex IT infrastructure, deployment, professional services, and technology transformation projects.
  • Experience managing projects involving depot services, hardware deployment, asset management, logistics coordination, device lifecycle management, staging, imaging, and large-scale technology rollouts.
  • Proven experience working with international teams, customers, and third-party vendors.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, coach, and develop less experienced project managers and project coordinators.
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience gathering business and technical requirements and translating them into actionable project plans.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong customer-facing experience with excellent relationship management skills.
  • Advanced experience creating and managing project schedules utilizing Microsoft Project.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.
  • Experience developing change orders, statements of work, project documentation, and executive-level presentations.
  • Working knowledge of project metrics, reporting, forecasting, and data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership and technical teams.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
