Job description

Senior Project Manager – Midstream Natural Gas

Are you a seasoned project manager who thrives on leading complex energy infrastructure projects from concept through completion? This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact, client-facing role where you’ll own major midstream natural gas projects while working with a collaborative, high-performing team—all with the flexibility of a remote-first environment.

We’re looking for a Senior Project Manager who can bring both technical depth and leadership capability to drive pipeline and facility projects forward while building lasting client partnerships.

Why This Role Stands Out
  • Remote flexibility with optional hybrid structure (3 days in-office / 2 remote if local)
  • High-visibility projects across pipeline systems, compressor stations, and critical infrastructure
  • Full lifecycle ownership—from concept and design through execution and close-out
  • Strong, stable pipeline of work with repeat clients and consistent project flow
  • Performance-based bonus potential tied to project success
  • Supportive, flexible leadership team that values work-life balance

What You’ll Do
  • Lead the end-to-end execution of midstream natural gas projects, including pipelines, compressor stations, and metering facilities
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams across engineering, design, ROW, procurement, and construction
  • Own project scope, cost, schedule, and risk, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping drive repeat business and new opportunities
  • Provide technical guidance across pipeline systems and related infrastructure
  • Oversee and approve engineering deliverables, project budgets, forecasts, and invoices
  • Identify risks early and implement proactive mitigation strategies
  • Support business development efforts through proposals, cost estimates, and project planning
  • Travel up to 10–15% for key client meetings and site visits

What You Bring
  • 10+ years of project management experience in engineering, construction, or energy infrastructure
  • Proven background managing midstream natural gas or pipeline projects
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across design, ROW, procurement, and construction
  • Strong track record managing project scope, cost, schedule, and risk
  • Ability to provide technical direction on pipeline systems, compressor stations, and related facilities
  • Engineering degree (ABET-accredited preferred) or equivalent technical experience
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable operating as a standalone PM with full project ownership

Work Environment & Culture

You’ll be part of a 60-person multidisciplinary team that includes engineers, project managers, field staff, and design specialists. The team operates as a full-service EPCM provider, delivering everything from project development and engineering to construction management and O&M consulting.

The culture is:

  • Collaborative and hands-on
  • Flexible and supportive
  • Focused on quality work and long-term relationships

If you’re looking for a role where you can lead impactful energy projects, work remotely, and still be deeply connected to your team and clients, this is it.
