  • Applicable candidates should have 10 or more years relevant experience in project management within professional services, manufacturing, or related industries, with demonstrated success leading Design-Build projects from proposal through commissioning.
  • The candidate can demonstrate how their understanding of the industrial manufacturing space and our solutions have led to positive outcomes in prior roles, particularly through project planning, scope definition, and value engineering.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, automation, procurement, and construction teams to deliver integrated solutions, proactively resolving challenges and managing change along the way.
  • Experience leading customer engagements in a design-build environment, including facilitating alignment on scope, budget, schedule and risk throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Leads the planning, execution, and delivery of multi discipline projects from initiation to closure.
  • Responsible for the overall success of projects, ensuring predictable results across all deliverables and metrics.
  • Utilizes leadership skills to foster collaboration across departments, driving the successful completion of tasks and projects that have an impact to the organization.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed plans, coordinating design deliverables with timelines, business goals, and customer expectations.
  • May be responsible for developing skills of other project managers and assigning tasks to project management resources.

  • Maintain a high level understanding of project and customer dynamics, adjusting strategies to ensure successful outcomes.
