The Opportunity

The Emerging Markets team is responsible for launching and scaling new programs across clinical services, population health, and whole-person care.

This includes initiatives such as:

  •  Care Compass (SDoH navigation)
  •  Maternal health programs
  •  Clinical service expansions
  •  Aeroflow Medical Services (new business build)

We turn ideas into structured, scalable programs that impact both patient outcomes and business growth.

Your Primary Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a Program Manager, Emerging Markets. This role will play a key part in driving execution across new initiatives, helping ensure programs move from concept to launch in a structured and measurable way.

Program Execution & Ownership

  •  Coordinate and drive execution across multiple initiatives, pilots, and early-stage programs
  •  Translate high-level ideas into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables
  •  Build and maintain program roadmaps with defined ownership and milestones

Cross-Functional Coordination

  •  Lead working sessions, project meetings, and regular check-ins across teams
  •  Partner with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Marketing, and Operations
  •  Ensure alignment and communication across teams to keep initiatives moving forward

Accountability & Structure

  •  Capture key decisions, risks, and action items from meetings
  •  Track milestones, dependencies, and timelines across programs
  •  Follow up on commitments and ensure deliverables are completed
  •  Identify and escalate blockers early

Program Development & Structure

  •  Support the development of workflows, intake processes, and program structures
  •  Help transition pilots into more scalable and repeatable programs
  •  Contribute to reporting, summaries, and program visibility

Additional Responsibilities & Requirements

  •  Maintain knowledge of and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and company policies
  •  Maintain HIPAA/patient confidentiality
  •  Regular and reliable attendance as assigned by your schedule
  •  Other job duties as assigned
