What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a remote program associate?

To thrive as a Remote Program Associate, you need strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a background in program coordination or administration, often supported by a relevant degree. Familiarity with project management platforms (like Asana or Trello), virtual communication tools (such as Slack and Zoom), and proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace are typically required.
