Job SummaryThe Direct to Consumer (DTC) Sales Associate delivers professional activities in the Direct Sales job family, responsible for selling healthcare-related products through inbound and outbound calls, chat interactions, and other technology-enabled channels. Receives inquiries from prospective members, conducts consultative needs assessments, positions Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plan, Dental, and Ancillary solutions, and may enroll recipients telephonically while completing required documentation in a timely manner. Develops sales opportunities through generated leads, personal referrals, and business partner referrals, maintains sales programs within an assigned territory, and is responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, closing sales, and meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Conducts the majority of selling activities over the phone, internet, and computer while leveraging CRM, sales, telephony, and AI-supported tools to guide customer conversations. Communicates information accurately and timely, tracks sales activity and results, adheres to CMS and HCSC compliance standards, attends sales and department meetings, and applies professional knowledge to provide guidance, insight, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
This role is eligible for sales incentive compensation (IC).

Required Job Qualifications:

  • Maintain an active Health, Accident & (Life preferred) resident license, or acquire license within 90 days.
  • Bachelors preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of direct-to-consumer sales experience
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Cable broadband or Fiber Optic with internet speeds of at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
  • Capability to participate in on-site training and sales conferences which may necessitate overnight travel as determined by the business.

Schedule:

  • Availability to work during the hours of 8am-8pm in your local time zone.
  • Able to work weekends, holidays, evenings, and rotating shifts.
  • Ability to work overtime as business requires.

License: Licensed in at least one of the following states: AL, AZ, TN, TX, NM, PA
