Kevin Lowber State Farm is seeking a highly driven, fully licensed, bilingual (Spanish/English) Acquisitions Specialist with a minimum of 1 year of State Farm experience who thrives on outbound sales, lead generation, and closing new business.
This is a remote, production-focused role built for a competitive professional who wants their income directly tied to performance. Required Licensing & Experience

Active Property & Casualty license required
Active Life & Health license required

Role Overview

As an Acquisitions Specialist, your primary responsibility is driving new business and growing the agencys book of business. You will prospect, build a strong pipeline, and convert opportunities into bound policies through consistent follow-up and strong closing skills.
Success in this role is measured by activity, pipeline management, and production results.
Key Responsibilities

Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, and digital leads
Conduct consultative, needs-based sales conversations in both Spanish and English
Develop and manage a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects
Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
Follow up consistently to convert quotes into bound business
Cross-sell multiple product lines to maximize household coverage
Track daily activity and meet or exceed production targets
Maintain compliance with agency standards and applicable regulations
