A leading Am Law 100 firm with a highly regarded national litigation platform is seeking a Product Liability Attorney to join its Los Angeles office. The firm is known for handling complex, high-value disputes for major domestic and international clients, offering strong training, a collaborative culture, and excellent long-term career progression.
Overview:
We are seeking a Product Liability Attorney with 2-4 years' law firm experience. This is an opportunity to join a top-tier litigation team handling sophisticated product liability and complex commercial disputes across a range of industries.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling product liability and complex litigation matters for major corporate clients
• Managing all phases of litigation including pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
• Assisting with trial preparation and supporting senior attorneys on strategy and case management
• Drafting legal documents, conducting research, and developing case theories
• Participating in client communications and court proceedings as appropriate
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of product liability and/or complex litigation experience
• Strong academic background and experience from a reputable law firm
• Excellent written advocacy, drafting, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• California Bar admission preferred or ability to obtain
