Client Success - Signing Estate Planning Paralegal (Signing Bonus)/Hybrid
Compensation- Signing Bonus - Salary Range $75,000 - $90,000. Work Schedule and Hybrid Arrangement
This position follows a hybrid schedule based on the firm's operational and office-space needs. Monday and Friday are designated remote production days. Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday are required in-office days and are the primary client-facing and signing days.
The employee is expected to be physically present and prepared to conduct signing meetings beginning at 9:00 a.m. on required in-office days. The remote-work schedule may be modified when client needs, training, team coverage, meetings, or firm operations require additional in-office attendance.
Remote work is contingent upon maintaining productivity, responsiveness, confidentiality, reliable internet access, an appropriate private workspace, and compliance with all firm policies.
